Just Sold Postcards

Sold Postcards serve as a great marketing tool to promote your recently closed property, strategically targeting a 1/4 mile radius around the listing address or utilizing curated lists from a reputable title company.

When a listing has closed, agents will send an email to the Marketing Director notifying them of the final sale price and anything notable from the transaction (# of days pending, $ amount over the listing, etc.)

Upon final approval, we will provide a print-ready PDF for agents to order through Bear Printing.
