Listing Process Overview

MARKETING REQUESTS

For all listing requests, you will need to fill out our request form. Simply follow the steps, and based on your selections, you'll be guided to the appropriate section for your submission. Once your request is received and a project is created, you'll be added as a "collaborator" so you can provide edits and updates directly within the comment section. ALLOW AT LEAST 3 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE LISTING GOING LIVE. FILL OUT THE LISTING MARKETING REQUEST FORM. 

PHOTOGRAPHY

For all listing marketing, please provide high + web resolution photos. Photos must be shared via a direct link (ex. Dropbox) or uploaded to the UN Marketing Request Form. Kindly specify any preferred or excluded photos on the listing request form.

CREATING LISTING MATERIALS 

  1. Yes, I've got it covered – You’re handling everything, and can skip directly to the approval process.

  2. Yes, and I would like help with additional listing collateral – You’ll receive assistance with any extra materials you need.

  3. No, I need your assistance with all materials – Our Marketing Director will handle everything for you.

Depending on your selection, your next steps will vary. If our Marketing Director is involved in preparing your materials, they will send you the files for review once completed. It’s crucial to meticulously proofread all printed and digital items. Final approval is required before any listing materials are printed, ordered, or emailed.
