Inspection Waiver

WAIVER OF INSPECTIONS /TESTS/ INSPECTION CONTINGENCY
Property Address: The Buyer(s) of the property referenced above are aware of their rights, pursuant to the OR Residential Real Estate Sales Agreement to have a qualified and licensed person(s) to inspect or perform tests to the property in question.

Buyer(s) herein acknowledge that their broker has explained to Buyer(s) the importance to exercise their right to employ and rely upon qualified inspector(s) to determine the condition of the property or perform tests. Any election to waive any rights is solely the Buyer(s) decision.

Buyer(s) agree to hold Urban Nest Realty, their Broker/Agent and Seller harmless from any and all future liability that may arise from the Buyer(s) decision to waive an inspection contingency or waive inspections and testing without the benefit of a qualified professional.

Buyer(s) shall perform the following inspections/ and or tests.
